Beginners Yoga - 60 minutes
Rachael runs 2 weekly classes specially for beginners as well as a 6 week course. These classes will allow you to slowly build your foundation practice.
Pregnancy Yoga - 90 minutes
Rachael has been teaching prenatal Yoga since 2013 and loves being part of a woman's journey through pregnancy to baby's arrival. Pregnancy Yoga is suitable from 12 weeks pregnant right up to your due date. Incorporating Yoga postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation which can be used during pregnancy and while birthing baby. Classes are gentle, laid back and fun with time to chat and meet other mums to be, you are sure to make friends as well as develop a yoga practice. No yoga experience is required.
Restorative Yoga - 60 minutes
Relax and unwind in candle light and soothing music during a gentle restorative class suitable for all levels. During these classes we use bolsters, blankets, blocks and belts to help support the body allowing the postures to do the work so you can relax.
Flow Yoga - 60 minutes
Hatha Flow Yoga classes are gentle and flowing style of Yoga in which we flow through Asanas (yoga poses) with our breath and finish with deep relaxation.
On Tuesdays Rachael teaches 2 flow classes based on Vinyasa flow, a more dynamic practice suitable for those with at least 6 months continuous practice for the intermediate class, 12-18 months continuous practice for the advance class.
New Moon Meditation
once a month @ 8.15pM • 60 MINUTES
Join Rachael on or around the new moon each month for guided meditation.
Each month the new moon moves into one of the 12 zodiac signs, using this as guidance for our meditation which can vary each month. We may chant, practice candle gazing (Trataka), journaling or creating vision boards.
We complete our practice with 20-40 minutes of Yoga Nidra - Yogic Sleep.
