SUP Yoga

Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga is a great new way to practice on the water using the board as your yoga mat. SUP Yoga provides great benefits to the mind and body. SUP Yoga strengthens the core, improves your balance, tones muscles, reduces stress and increase body awareness. As well as this, being on the water can be both tranquil and rejuvenating, helping you to achieve a relaxed and clear mind. 



Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word 'yoke' meaning to unite. During Yoga bring union to your mind & body, movement & breath. Rachael offers a variety of Yoga classes for all levels whether beginner, pregnant or dynamic.
