Terms & Policies

Weekly classes open for class pass holders 1 week before the class. The date is shown on the booking system for when bookings open for those that wish to drop in as and when they can attend. Spaces are limited and we can not guarantee a place if you arrive at the studio without booking.

Bookings for SUP Yoga, workshops and retreats will show 'booking now open' or the date bookings open. If these are not shown on the booking system please get in touch directly at the studio, email or Facebook.

Weekly classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, once this has closed you will still be charged for this class. You can cancel your booking via your confirmation email. Please email if you are no longer able to attend and cancellation has closed otherwise the instructor will wait for you to arrive. Class passes are dated with an expiration date, please check this before booking/arriving at the studio. If you book as a pass holder without a valid pass your booking may be cancelled.

SUP Yoga is paid in full at booking and can be transferred to another SUP class, though if less than 24 hours notice is given before the class then you will still be charged.

Workshops, retreats and courses will state whether a non-refundable deposit is required at booking or if full payment is required in which once paid is non-refundable.

The studio opens 10 minutes before the class start time, unless otherwise stated. The doors will be closed at the start time to ensure the class is not disturbed. Please allow time to park/arrive at the studio so you don't arrive late.

With regards to workshops and retreats we will contact you about arrival times.

SUP Yoga please arrive to allow time to get changed into suitable attire - you will get wet!

The studio is on the ground floor with an upstairs bathroom, we have no lift. Please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during classes. Please note no footwear is permitted in the studio, please remove these in the lobby.

Please get in touch if you have any medical concerns, have prior injuries, are pregnant as we may need to modify your practice. Though Yoga is for everybody we still need to listen to our bodies and ensure we don't injury ourselves as this is not yoga!
