SUP Yoga Day Retreat
Join Rachael for a day on the water.
Take your practice outside and on the water for Yoga with a difference. Starting with learning basic SUP techniques and a paddle on the lake. After a picnic lunch we'll get back on the water with a 2 hour SUP Yoga class and time to play on the board or enjoy another paddle.
