Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant right up to your due date, please make sure you are no more than 34 weeks at the start of the course.
Enjoy chatting as you meet other local women with a chance to discuss pregnancy related topics before we move and stretch the body to aid and relieve tired achy muscles, before settling down on the mat with bolsters to support your body as you are guided through breathing techniques for pregnancy and birthing baby and relaxation.
A perfect way to relax and unwind on a Sunday afternoon before resuming your week on Monday!
