Whether you are looking to practice Yoga to reconnect with your body, lose weight, meet new friends, increase your strength and flexibility or to learn something new. I truly believe Yoga is for everybody. I run beginners classes twice a week plus a range of flow yoga classes and restorative yoga.

Using our specialist boards designed for pool use by Yoga Teacher for Yoga with a water wicking mat on the deck of the mat, bungees to hold your water bottle to your board and a sturdy surface to practice on as you float on the water.
